the power steering oil looked dirty and level seemed to be ok. Steering is very noisy especially when I turn. What could the problem be and what needs to be done. Is it safe to drive.

yup fords get dirty and noisey too
most fords are noisey wait till the oil gets black
try a flush if it bugs ya but usually the noise stays
