Bye bye US ranger..

But what I said was: Ford still offers a light duty truck, the Sportrack, and it is a more capable truck than the Ranger

Please not the facts: 1) It is named Sport Trac, not Sportrack. 2) Ford is dicontinuing the Sport Trac BEFORE they are dicontinuing the Ranger. 3) The Sport Trac is not significantly more cabale than a Ranger (it can tow more when properly equipped, but has a lower cargo capacity, assuming both are configured for the max). While the capabilities are similar, the Sport Trac is MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. Anyone needing a truck is not likely to see the Sport Trac as a replacment for the Ranger. 4) Ford considers the Sport Trac and SUV, not a truck.

Your batting average is till hovering around .000 (as is normal).

Perhaps but it will carry light cargo and more passengers than a Ranger. ;)

But it will still go out of production ayear before a Ranger. So when the Ranger goes out production NEXT YEAR, you cannot claim that the Sport Trac is a potential alternative (your original erroneous claim). So, you have almost, but not quite been completely wrong - again. At laast once could you check your facts instead of just making stuff up on the fly?

Actually, the Sport Trac and the Ranger can both carry five passengers.

Get a clue.

What's your point? What I SAID was: "Ford still offers a light duty truck, the Sport Track, and it is a more capable truck than the Ranger," what make you believe that not factual? ;)
