Working on a 1983 4-cyl t-bird with a mercury wiring harness. The original problem is no power, but when a scanner was used a clutch switch error showed up. The starter will engage without the clutch being depressed. There appears to be two clutch switches. What is the best way to troubleshoot this so I can move on to the power issue?
