Has ford hit 2002 yet and made the aux jacks standard? i'm sure that would add about $3 to mfg costs, or do i have to buy a harley davidson F150 to get it.

I would ignore the "sat/aux" button on the radio, and go to
formatting link
to find the right auxadapter.

On my PT Cruiser I put a Neon disk changer under the driver's seat and wired a jack into the audio feed. Press mode to switch to the changer, and plug in the MP3.
Voila!!
