A lot of people have had luck with this company. Most of it good, some of it bad. And some of the bad luck wasn't with the company, but with the cars.

And the experience of people with the company will vary from branch to branch. My suggestion would be to ask local mechanics where they would take their cars and to call the local business bearau and ask them about complaints against the company.
