No separate fuse. The likely suspect is the motor. Watch the dome lamp closely while pushing the window button. If it dims slightly in both positions, the motor is jammed or has a dead spot on it's armature. If the lamp dims, hold the button in the down position and smack the lower center of the interior door panel hard with a rubber mallet. This will usually free up the motor for a little while. If the lamp doesn't dim slightly, there is a wiring problem, likely a switch.
