Timing belt on a Transit van disel

Hi, anybody any ideas on renewing a timing belt on a transit van diesel, a couple of thing does one need specialist gear to lock the pump, crank, & camshaft? if so how much are these? (approx) How big a job is it? is there any 'other' specialist tools needed I.E. to take the fan off or/and the front pully, also does any of the front panels come off to make easy access?

the whole front panal including the front grill comes off for easy access.... there are locking pins for the injector pump and crankshaft etc to lock the engine at TDC, however you don't necasserily need them, you should however mark the pulleys so the new belt goes on in exactly the same position..one tooth out and it wont run correctly..the tension on the new belt is criticle too, if this is the first time you have attempted renewing a timing belt then take care, mistakes in this department can be costly...............
