Wiper Governor

Any one know where the Wiper Governor is located for a 1993 Ford E-150?

All of the switching is done internally, in the motor housing. If it's not working properly you need a new motor.

Already changed the motor. The only way to make it run is rotate the shaft and then it parks itself.

Perhaps you have not index the connection to the wiper arms properly. If that doesn't' work take the vehicle to a competent tech to have the problem properly diagnosed and corrected, WBMA

I turned the shaft with the motor disconnected from the wipers. It only turns as far as it needs to go to get to park.

Then I would suggest you have a new motor, that is bad.

What does it look like? There is a "clicking" sound coming from the passenger side someplace when ever I turn the wiper switch.
