As far as I know the "Electric Parking Brake" is standard on the Ghia but only available as an option on the Zetec not the LX. Alloy wheels are lighter than steel and if nothing else it makes then easier handle when you get a puncture. The only differences worth noting are electric mirrors and fog lights on the Zetec others are just cosmetic.
