E350 Van Transmission Problem

i just bought a 94 Ford E350 van, and I have a transmission problem on it.The OD light starts flashing every once in a while. Then transmission shifts rough. Took to transmission guy, he said transmission was fine; it was some kind of other problem. Any Idea? Please HELP. snipped-for-privacy@optonline.net

did you look under ''Fast Codes' with the scanner ? 'Pending Codes' ? 'Fail since Clear' ???
