FORD ECONOLINE VAN UPGRADES

EVER WONDER WHERE THE WATER dripping out of the engine area is going ?

Well, the water comes from the A/C condensor, rots out the fender wall, then runs into the frame drowning several Ford engineers. Ford, with a better idea for Ford if not truck owners, drilled 3-4 holes in a depression on the frame's topside allowing water to continue downward to the frame's water condensor reservoir. Lookit up in the manual: FRAME WATER CONDENSOR RESERVOIR.

What yawl can do is find a tall gallon jug. There are tall ones and short ones. You need a tall one. Cut one side out and place over the frame behind the right front wheel.

Also possible cleaning offf the frame with soap/water then isopropyl and applying urethane seam sealer over the WATER CONDENSOR RESERVOIR INTAKE DEPRESSION.

BTW, dirt on seams crack, small shelves, and the instrument panel cover can be immediately dealt with using a .79 paint brush from your favorite discount store. Wrap the brush into a plastic bag, thro it into the cubby.
