southern pickup litter residue

Most people who have spent much time in and out of the south know that good old fat southern boys throw litter in the back of their pickups to be blown out onto the already horribly littered southern roadsides. What may not be as well known is that there are residual accumulations of litter in the backs of those pickups. Empty McDonalds sacks, Walmart sacks, empty paper cups, unwanted styrofoam, etc. blow out pretty easily with enough speed and wind. Heavier items though, such as pieces of rubber hose, metal objects, small tires, old shoes, trash from construction sites, etc. do not blow out very easily. Accordingly, such litter remains in the truck and accumulates. If one is walking through a parking lot in the south, it is interesting to look in the backs of the pickups and observe the southern pickup litter residue.

After reviewing your last few posts, it is clear to me you are prejudiced against southern folk.

He already has a hobby, it involves 45 year old men, and his Honda. Apparently, he's spent quite a lot of time in the bed of a lot of pickup trucks too, obviously face down.

I also think he likes being demeaned by fat Southern guys, maybe a fetish he has, who knows?

No, he's prejudiced against pick-up truck owners and he thinks that they all are fat Southern good-ol'-boys with missing teeth. And he's a poor excuse for a troll to boot. Someone who feels so superior to a regional population must have some serious self-esteem issues, I'm guessing he must not have gotten enought parental attention as a kid.

Or too much 'special' attention from a neighbor.

Wow! - you southerners, oh - I mean pickup drivers surely do come up with some clever banter! Where did you go to school anyway - Missesloppy State? I hope I am not being too presumptuous to assume you even graduated from high school.

Well, you got me on that one. I did put some leaves back there once hoping they would be gone by the end of the drive.

I live in an Atlanta suburb, drive an '82 F-100, and it's about 6 different Krylon colors, along with big used tires on flat black wheels. I "LOOK" Southern, but I grew up in CT and went to a good prep school. Why don't you get a real life, and stop using words like "residue"??? Actually, it's a cute word, and speak as you like - but maybe if you WORKED AT A REAL JOB, you be tired and throw stuff in the back of a truck too... you sound like that tenured fake Indian professor at UColorado who said the World Trade Center victims deserved their fate, being capitalists... man I despise guys like you!!!!!!!

Yeah, man! Criticizing people who litter up the roadsides is like telling capitalists that they should be killed. That guy needs to go back to Colorado and quit insulting us.
