While wandering around my local flea market this weekend, I came across a

1961 Buick Special. 92,000 miles. V-8. Body looks okay... visible rust, interior looks good. Asking price was 1800.00 USD

Baltimore Maryland...

#1 - Is this good, bad, indifferent ?? (I'm talking about the car, NOT Baltimore).
