93 chevy lumina turn signal not working

my signals arent working ive replaced the turn signal switch checked alll bulbs replaced flasher under passenger side compartment checked fuses still doesnt work the hazards do a mechanic said theres one under the dash by steering column but icant find any more than the one i already replaced please help could there be a bad ground or something thanks

Instead of replacing every electrical components related to flashers, you might want to try and find the cause of the outage. Get out your multimeter (or a 12v light bulb with leads) and start at the fuse block. Is there power before and after the fuse? Is there power to the switch plug? Is there power to the flasher unit when switched on? etc.
