FS - 1968 Corvette for Auction 600hp Trophy Winner

I looked at the advert and couldn't see which trophy it won. Based upon it's claimed mileage of having done averaged only 1333 Miles per year for the last 36 years (of which the last 2800 was with a new motor) is it the award for the least reliable GM?
