Lots of taxis and rental cars. >:)
Not good, but they stick them on when sold. I've determined that Budget doesn't change the oil until the car goes off rental for sale.
The above are probably not foreign built. They are domestic cars, more than can be said for those Korean cars GM is importing and selling as GM.
Not wise to buy a rental car. Leased cars are OK.

Not really. I think a couple of the US OEMs have had record sales and still too low profits to support their organization.
