with all due respect and sincere sympathy, if the cars aren't selling, then the cars aren't selling, and it is wiser to spend money on cars that do sell. the management of gm had plenty of fair warning that their cars weren't selling, and they refused to use common business sense and develop cars that will sell. The oshawa plant is still there, the people are still there. I have written to the premier of ontario, suggesting ontario loans magna sufficient funds to assist magna to buy some gm assests based in ontario. It is my belief that stronach possesses sufficent business sense to develop better cars that will sell well. People need good cars; and they will buy the better car because it makes more sense. New thinking has to start at the top, because it is there where people decide to recycle old ideas or invent new ones;. it is a way for you to get that new car that will take the world by storm. ======================================================

That is just from the Oshawa plant. The problem is there are too many brainwashed people who think anything from Japan is better then anything from North America. This has been proven false on many occasions. GM's quality has been going up, while Toyota's has been going down. They just have a really good PR department, and can make people believe grass is purple.
