Can anyone give me some specific guidelines for a proper maintenance
program. The manual seems pretty sparse to me (but auto repair
knowledge is my most major weakness). The dealer's recommended stuff
seems like it is designed to drain my wallet. From what I've read on
the net all these fluid flushes are at best a waste of money. Since the
dealer wants to flush about everything on a regular basis- I feel like
I can trust them as far as I can throw them. One thing to their credit
they haven't offered to flush the air in my tires (yet).

For Wet Batteries:
First find out the volume of electrolyte in each cell (compartment) of
a battery from technical data of the battery.
Then add 5 ml BATCURE per liter of electrolyte volume. Mix well using
hydrometer. The electrolyte will give reddish
Yellow color. Keep the battery idle for 12 to 24 hours till the color
of electrolyte becomes water white. If the
Plates are heavily sulfated it may take some more time to disappear the
color. If a particular cell is mechanically
Damaged then no change in color will take place. Such battery is
discarded. Once the electrolyte becomes colorless
Then battery is put to charge. Carry out 3 to 4 charge/ discharge

VRLA type maintenance free sealed batteries:
Carefully break open the vent plug and then remove the underneath
rubber cap. Inject BATCURE in each cell for the following size
5 ml BATCURE in each cell for 30ah to 50 ah battery.
8 ml BATCURE in each cell for 55 ah to 100 ah battery.
10 ml BATCURE in each cell for 110 to 150 ah capacity battery.
14 ml BATCURE in each cell for 155 to 200 ah capacity battery.
Add required quantity of distilled water up to plate height. Tilt the
battery few times for uniform mixing
Inside the battery. Leave the battery idle for 12 to 24 hours. Then
carry out 3 to 4 charge/discharge

APPLICATION OF BATCURE IN PREVENTING AERIAL OXIDATION OF FRESHLY FORMED
(DRY CHARGE PROCESS):
At the end of formation process, negative plates are in highly active
condition and are in strongly

Begin to absorb oxygen from air and will react violently to reform lead
oxide and lead sulphate
With exothermic reaction. This will result in the permanent damage to
negative plates and such

Plate's volts. It is utmost important to protect freshly formed
negative plates from aerial oxidation.
The freshly formed negative plates are immersed immediately into a
15 to 20 ml BATCURE per liter of water. The negative plates are soaked

For 36 hours. The negative plates may be then removed from solution and
dried in a less ventilated room
At room temperature. The negative plates must not be washed after
removal from the solution.
