obama admin gave away thru AIG billions  to France, Germany, China money
that will not ever be repaid and now they are buying 21 helicopters from
Russia, obama also supports the mosque at ground zero. remember this in
november

As for TARP, it is long gone.  Obama has been budgeted for a $1.6
trillion overspend and some say it will be closer to $2.1 trillion.

I hate to say it, but American has been destroyed from the inside.
