2005 CRV brake issues

Has anyone else had issues with brakes and rotors? I have now had my brakes and rotors replaced or resurfaced 3 times in 30,000 miles. The first time was at 2,000 miles. The dealer is trying to tell me that it is my driving. I am a 40 year old stay at home mom with no history of needing brakes and rotors in previous 48,000 mile leases, so why now? They keep replacing them for nothing but I am starting to feel like I see more of the repair technician than my family. HELP!!

you're being shamelessly ripped off. go to a different dealer or find an independent honda specialist.

So Beam, how is the op being ripped off? I guess you ignored the part about it being free?

The dealer is obviously responding to some specific complaint. It might be helpful to know what specifically is going wrong with the brakes that keeps bringing it back. Noises, judder, worn down, etc.?

ok, the repetition is a rip-off. there's no way this work is necessary if the dealer is halfway competent, and is deliberate exploitation if they're not.

that's not obvious. the op doesn't say so.

indeed. but again, we don't know. to me, the op sounds like the kind of person that responds to dealer "inspection" offers. last time i bought new, i was deluged with b.s. from the dealer trying to tell me i "urgently" needed to take advantage of various "free" inspections, ultra-short service schedules, etc. if they're susceptible to suggestion like this, they're going to get the hose every time. a buddy of mine is on his 3rd complete new braking system in only 45k miles courtesy of san francisco honda. apparently he needs a new catalyst for $900 too - excluding labor. it's a joke.
