2005 pilot

have dealer installed trailer hitch but the lead that supplies 12V to the
trailer right rear brake lamps is without power.  I can only trace the hitch
wires to directly under the stowage area in rear of Pilot.  Where's the
power takeoff for these wires?  Cannot access from within storage area.
