Try www.slhondaparts.com
It should also be in your owner's manual.

http://www.honda.co.uk/car/owner/workshop.html has a free online Factory Service manual for the 1992 Accord. Motsco's parts site is also good.

The white plastic wingnut-looking rad drain is right smack in the middle of the bottom of the rad.
Remove the plastic splash shields under the car and Bob's your uncle.
Do not fail to also pull the block drain, which is immediately to the left (you're facing the front of the car) of the oil filter, at the rear of the block.
And remember to put the interior heater to FULL HOT before draining, and to use only Genuine Honda premix coolant.

There may be a BLOCK HEATER installed in your block drain hole. There certainly is in mine. Brrrrrrr. Here's the story for the CR-V: http://www.hondasuv.com/pdf/crv/firstgen/crv_01_engineblockheater.pdf
