it means you have an evaporitive leak between the fuel tank and the engine, smoke machine is the easiest way to diag, if you live up north it's likely the two way bypass valve. Chip

right on the side of the evap canister by the tank, if it looks crusty it's a likely candidate, it has a 1/2" or better hose going to it. Chip
