4 cyl. Where the heck is the pcv? and how often is it supposed to be changed?

Its on the pulley side of the engine near the top. It should be cleaned or changed when it gets really dirty. On the Hyundai tech site you can view a diagram of it and how to clean it.

Some people change these every 30,000 miles or so, but most I've seen will last the life of the car if the oil is changed regularly.
