90 Rodeo not starting but some electrical works

I have a 90 Isuzu Rodeo Yesterday it would not start after running for 20 minutes. The inside fan won't work. The lights inside and out all work. The radio works. I tried to jump it but that had no results either. Any one know what this is? Natw
