Is it a manual transmission Rodeo? If so it is probably the upshift indicator.

Right. It simply means that for best gas economy, you should shift up to the next gear at the current rpm and speed you are coasting at. It's just a friendly reminder.
This light doesn't exist on an auto trans as it would serve no purpose.

Thank you for explanations. Recently I have got this car without manual. Next to U/S there are yellow indicators , if it is not difficult - what they mean. Thank you in advance . Ruben from Armenia.
