Trouble Shifting...

'89 Tropper 104,000 - 6cyl.
Gradually it is becoming more difficult to shift, and shifting into rear always a grind. The throw-out bearing was recently replaced - any ideas
are appreciated.
Thanks, schmen

When was the last time the tranny oil was changed? Maybe too heavy of a weight for cold weather? Wrong type of oil? Improper clutch adjustment? Could also just be worn out.

sounds to me like the bearing in the rear of the transmission is wearing down since the problem seems to be getting worse .a clutch problem would not affect only 1 gear it would affect all gears respectively sounds like you might be looking at an internal problem with transmission or maybe shifter bushings wearing out
