I've decided I'm not a "Jeep guy." After about a year of owning my '76 CJ5 I've decided to sell it. It's got a 304 with 3-speed manual transmission in it. Ramsey 8000 lb winch. Edelbrock performer intake, Holley 670 Avenger carb. 3" body lift. DUI ignition sy$tem. Comes with 2 sets of half-doors, 2 sets of full doors, full soft-top, bikini top, and windjammer. Body is in good shape, no rust to speak of on the entire Jeep. Inside of Jeep is Herculined. Things that don't work: Speedometer (but I'm including a new speedo cable, just not the housing for it), and the fuel gauge doesn't work reliably. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Probably a flaky ground. Currently the front U-joint is "gone" (lost it on the highway) but I have a replacement for it sitting on my workbench in the garage right now. When I sell it, the u-joint will be in place and 4wd will be operational. I also have a set of high-back seats that are included with the Jeep. I'm probably forgetting something... Uh... Pictures of it can be seen here: jeepadventures.dyndns.org/jeep.html I paid $3200 for it and have well over $2000 in parts invested in it. I'm located in Raleigh, NC. I figured I'd post it for sale here first since I got a lot of useful help from you guys keeping it running. Asking price is $3,500. If you are seriously interested in buying my Jeep, please email me at: snipped-for-privacy@notsohotmail.com but remove the "notso" from that address first. Thanks again for all of the help, y'all, and enjoy the offroading the way you like. (Jeep, baja, dirtbike, whatever)
