My brother gets emails all the time congratulating him on the good work he
is doing on the newsgroups.
He even gets thanks from his ISP.
I bet the only time you get emails from your ISP is when they are cutting
your service because of complaints from my brother.

They have completely ruined this one... completely.

I got ONE, several years ago. I sent them one of Bill's posts with message
ID.

Never heard from them again.

ISPs have little tolerance for vexatious abuse-reporters. They
put an extra load on the real abuse system.
