Dealing with a 98 Kia Sephia Alternator

Can anybody please assist me on taking out the alternator once it is removed??? I'm having trouble taking it out because there's different obstacles in the way, but I want to believe if I take the "Power Flux" or I guess the manifold without doing any damage, I can take out the alternator....Please any body with expertise on this matter, please help me out. Thanks.

I know what you are talking about. I replaced the alternator about a month ago on my 99 Sephia. You need to remove the adjusting bracket. Then I also removed the mounting screws for the A/C refrigerant lines and power steering hard lines that are in the area from the firewall and the side and CAREFULLY flex them aside as you rotate the alternator out of the engine compartment. It may take a few trys to figure out how you need to rotate the alternator as you remove it. I hope this helps. It wasn't easy but I was able to accomplish the alternator replacement in this way.
