Calling Beamends - Hand throttle kit?

Richard,

Is a hand throttle for a 90 (1990 2.5TD) a standard enough item that it can be purchased as a kit of bits and fitted, or do I need to invent something?

If standard, what's the cost?

TIA

Nick.

There's not a kit as such, I can do a quote for what's needed if you like.....

Richard,

Can you copy me that quote, I reckon I'll fit one on the capstan winch.

Cheers

Ok - here it is! I've included all the "major" bits (I think!), there would be a collection of nuts & bolts needed to hold things together. There may be some bits needed for the dash, but they may not be "essential".

I make that seventy six squid total all but a penny. Is that right? More than I'd hoped but probably worth it given the buggeration factor of trying to invent something.

What about P+P, and is that plus VAT?

Could it possibly include a copy or scan of the relevant pages of the parts book so I can see how it all goes together?

(Any news on the parts book, BTW?)

No problem.

Fine. I'd like to go ahead. Do you want me to call you with a CC number, or do you want to get the bits in and then ping me and I'll call you?
