One of the wires has snapped off on one of the rear side light connectors. Are these available as spares? Are any special crimp tools needed?

Why not just replace it with bullet or spade connectors instead?

Hmmm, that's what I've done for now. But they are unlikely to stand up against a bit of wet for very long. I would like to implement a more resilient repair.
But Land Rover dealers will only sell me an entire loom!

Anybody got old looms from a Discovery or know where there are used spares available?
I need a replacement for the connector on the end of the loom that plus into the side light on the rear bumper.

The majority of the connectors are standard Durite items so can be bought from any decent auto electrical place. IIRC a Series I Disco has about 5 none standard connectors (some of the dashboard switches), everything else is standard Durite including all the lighting connectors. Same applies to Defender and Freelander lighting connectors.
