Ive bought various parts from paddocks and clare the email lass always seems very polite and good humored.
Yes, I've been to the shop/warehouse a number of times. They are always busy,so that may be why they dont reply, though others have said before that mails go unanswered. Other Uk dealers have just the same stock as Paddocks - probably from the same suppliers as well. Try these:
Doesn't seem to matter who u order of, they always arrive in a Britpart box, my beef is Britpart who are only 30 miles down the road from me, understadably wont deal with an individual, but they won't even tell u if it's in stock before u decide who offers the best price on the said part. Chris
1990 200Tdi DiscoAlways found them very helpful and prompt with deliveries, although I've mainly dealt with them by phone. Might be worth getting up in the middle of the night and giving them a ring?
Tell yer sommat 'bout paddock as they said as they couldn't supply me with anti burst strikers for a series 3, but I got em, new elsewhere, well gonna give em a miss in future as I reckon. Cos reckon as I paid more in postage for me last package as was worth it considering that I could have motored down to somewhere as could have got what I wanted and all in all, all things considered would have been cheaper, but what a fool am I at times and ain't we all.

mind, I hate their online store. slow and unwieldy, covered in unnecessary graphics. Which put me off using 'em. not everyone has broadband, a fact which web designers would do well to remember.
I don't find it good advertising that their electronic shopping software is so intensely Microsoft-only. I suppose I could use Internet Explorer if I really needed to, but I like a virus-free computer.
