OT: windows xp feature

I have windows 2000 pro, my wife has windows xp home. on xp she has the default windows image viewer, can I take it and install it on 2000 pro?

I know about alternatives etc, I just want to know if I can do this and how. thanks boys and girls.

rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen "%1"

Where "%1" is the full path & file name windows will pass to the image viewer.

seems tricky but I'll have a go. usually I use irfanview for viewing and simple editing, other work is done in paint shop pro or photoshop.
