Tail out!

Holy Jesus, brought the Navara home tonight. What a pile of shit. Even on the slightest of roundabouts or corners the arse end hangs out for fun. Had it round a corner today on full throttle just for the laugh. Arse going right out on opposite lock. I wonder what the folk behind thought.

Horrible sack of shit car. Ugh.

I had to sell my toy for playing like that in so I could pay off my ex. S'probably just as well too cos plod is getting a bit nasty about tail happy loss of traction.

Could be down to shitty tyres too (speaking as someone who could barely get a saab on very shitty front tyres up his road the other morning).

Didnt Tim Hobbs drive a new navara when we went froading in wales the other year? It seemed to do pretty well then. IIRC only my 2A actually got stuck anywhere!

That was my thought as well. There is sod all weight over the rear wheels. Fill the back with a tonne of sand (if it can carry that sort of load) and see how it behaves?

You weren't stuck if I recall you were momentarily without momentum ;-)

Tim cheated as he drove around the Mud, but seeing as he took such a good piccy..

Optimum performance can be achieved with a copper central heating system that doesn't actually belong to you in the back. They stick like glue and go real quick then!

Doesn't have to be a central heating system - any load of copper piping, lead roofing etc. will do as long as it doesn't belong to you.

But not any more the market for scrap metal has collaspsed in the last few months, at least compared to how it was at the begining of the year.
