We are going to get a Lexus hybrid SUV. Should we get the best deal we can on a 2007 or is there something worth waiting for in the 2008?
Thanks

AFAIK, there are not significant changes for the 2008 RX 400h.
My toaster has a plug too. Does that make it better engineered than a Lexus?
Obviously the heater is fine in your toaster, but what about the AC cooling system? Is it good enough for Az in the summer?

I would stay away from the hybrid, there is no significant difference in fuel economy compared to the conventional RX. The extra motor and battery add so much weight to the car that the MPG difference is nominal. As well when you load up the hybrid with stuff (luggage..etc.) the fuel economy actually ends up being worse than the conventional RX.
