Seat belts light

I own a 1998 300ES and the seat belt reminder light & buzzer sudenly stopped coming on when the belt is not used. Please, somebody tell me what do I have to do to check whats wrong with it or to try fix it. The bulb is not blown up because some times it comes on...Please, help Luis
