Is it possible to repair an aluminium cored, plastic header radiator that's leaking at the bottom crimped seal? It's on a Suzuki Vitara 1600 and this is only a 2 year old replacement rad.

andrew gurgled happily, sounding much like they were saying:
Probably not in any meaningful long-term-effective way.
You poor sod.
Complain to the supplier. SOGA, merchantable quality, etc.
If it's actually at the seal then your nearest serck marston might fit you a new seal & recrimp it. If it's the aluminium core leaking then it recoring it's generally cheaper than fixing it.
