Hi!
I have a carb powered (PB 2E3) Astra that needs some fuel/air mixture adjustment. Following advice in Haynes manual, I removed the tamperproof cap and tried to give the screw a few turns. Surpize!!! The screw doesn't turn at all. I fact, it feels like I'm trying to adust a rubber screw: it would only move half-turn (in either direction) and when released, it slowly comes back to the original setting. Is there any rubber seal inside the screw hole? Should I hook it out? Or should I just use "male intelligence" (brute force) to turn the screw? If I am to trust Haynes', turning this screw should be a child's play.
Thanks for your advice.
