speedy cables used to be the place to get stuff like that made to order, or I expect Frosts will be able to supply something generic.

A bicycle shop might have the bits to get you working although you would probably have to make up your own to your pattern.

Cables for a push bike are likely unsuitable as they flex too much. A bike has a return spring to make them work. You need a single solid wire for the best results.
