Focus wing mirror

How easy is it to change a Focus wing mirror (03) it is the manual type, not electric.

do you need the complete mirror?, you can just buy the glass separate. if you are changing the complete mirror then you dont have to take off the door trim just one 10mm bolt hidden under some insulation under the trim
