When I light press the brake pedal on my 1990 Fiesta, I can feel the pedal being "sucked" from my foot.....Any idea what can cause this??

Sounds like the servo doing its job. Are there other symptoms like on/off brakes?

Some nutter has attached a little cable to your brake pedal, threaded through the bulk head into the engine compartment, around the side of the radiator and out the front of the car and is tugging on it. A common problem on Mk3 Fiestas.
