have mondeo 1994 1.6v 1796 cc whats best oil ,oil filter ,and plugs for this car thks

Oil ~ quite thick gloopy stuff. Oil filter ~ Canister with paper with VERY SMALL holes. Plugs ~ Ones that provide a spark.
