OT slightly! - New Corsa Stereo Line-in

We have just ordered a new Corsa and the stereo comes with a "line-in" to be able to use MP3 players. Anyone any idea whether this is just a

3.5mm stereo jack socket?

TIA

As a previous Alfa owner myself, the terms "pot" and kettle" as well as "glass houses" come to mind with that comment!!

How do you work that out?

I'm not aware that Alfa have moved into the dull as ditchwater shopping trolley market.

I well remember the Volkswagen advert from the early 90s with the squeaking noise caused by the passengers earring. If it had been an Alfa the poor guy would have spent half his life trying to identify the many thousands of squeaks caused by all the ill-fitting panels, doors and other associated trim.

While they are a good drivers car, their reliability and workmanship was and is absolutely crap. I went for a test drive recently in a 147 and was astounded that despite huge advances in workmanship in every manufacturer in the world including the Spanish, Czechs, French and all other nations, Alfa Romeo still believe that because a car looks and drives nice someone will buy it, despite the poor workmanship and reliability.

You say that as if the Coarser is going to be an example to all of how to built a reliable and impeccably screwed together car....

You do realise that it's just a re-bodied Fiat Punto, don't you?

Yup - just a headphone jack aux-in port.
