Problems with autovaux?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has had anyproblems of late with autovaux?

I ordered some bits in November which they took payment for, and promptly got lost in the post.

I asked them to resend the items, which they assured me they would, but nothing has arrived, nor are they answering my emails?

Ill try again then take it up with my card issuer.

It would be best to ring them. They are not the greatest responders to email but things do get dealt with when you ring them, their number is on their website. Also they are moving to another building (early in the new year I think) so things may be a bit disorganized at the moment.
