could be that the driving vibration hits the resonant frequency of the suspension or whatever - that'd certainly account for it being particular to that speed. By rights, you ought to be able to feel something at 90-100 as well, but it could be a particularly heavily damped system that's being excited, in which case it might not be a noticable effect.
