ls on the headlining of the car. A rogue snail had concealed itself inside =
one of the bags and escaped during the journey. It covered an impressive di=

I'm left with a right mess of snail trail. My choices seem to be:
i) Release a few more snails onto the headlining to cover it more evenly an=
d then pretend that the resulting pattern is a design feature
ii) Clean the snail trail
I'm for option ii), but I fear that I might make a right mess of it. Anyone=
got any experience of this?
Cheers,
Jim.
Re: Snail mucus on headling of my BMW 335d
I recently took a load of garden waste to the dump (now that my council has
stopped free collections). A few hours after the trip, I noticed some trails
on the headlining of the car. A rogue snail had concealed itself inside one
of the bags and escaped during the journey. It covered an impressive
distance on the headlining, weaving a wandering path all over the place
before finally perching itself on the front passenger seatbelt.

Apparently it is best to leave it to dry completely and then brush it off
with a dry nailbrush.
