Zantia Turbo Diesel Auto Electrical prob's

If any of you knowledgable people out there can help I'd be grateful. Car first regitered Nov 1998 Car failed to start in local supermarket car park. Engine turns over, no fuel to injectors. Fault traced to blown 5amp fuse in dash fuse panel. Fuse replaced car ok. Three starts later fuse again gone. Fuse replaced again. car ok. About 10 starts later fuse again gone replaced and ok but speedo now not working. If you remove the fuse with the engine running the dash warning beeper sounds and the coded key dash light comes on for a short period, but the engine does not stop. According to Haynes only 5a fuses are:- F4) LH side Lt, RH tail;- F9)RH side Lt, LH tail Lt;- F14) Fuel Injection ECU, Air Con;- F19)Side Lts;- F22)Sunroof: The fuse is the 2nd one down on the righthand row in the dash panel fuse board. Could this be F14? In the Circuit diag's the only F14 is in the cooling system for diesel cars. Is the speedo failing a totally unconnected fault? Can anyone tell me which fuse this is or come up with any ideas? Thanks in advance Dave Jameson

I've just tried to use the car to collect "her who shall be obeyed" only to find another problem, the car can not be put ito gear. The interlock that prevents the car being put into drive without engine running or foot brake on is not releasing the gear selector. As it's now dark & too cold to work outside I'll report the next stage tomorrow.
