Every oil change is convenient, and not too frequent.

Re: Rotate Tires

Summer or all-year driven?

If summer only, once in the middle should be fine...if all year, either
every couple months or at easy to remember intervals (oil changes, first of
every third month, etc...)

As to how to rotate, proper rotation for a RWD car (with non-directional
tires, as the oem tires are) is:

Fronts to same side Rears
Rears to opposite side Fronts

ie: your passenger's side front is the passenger's side rear, the
passenger's side rear is the driver's side front, the driver's side front is
the driver's side rear, and the driver's side rear is the passenger's side
front.
