250 D question

250 D with almost 320 000 km, and I decided to change fuel injectors, because everybody said it is the last moment

A mechanist said injectors are in good condition, but engine compression is very low???

1 cylinder 23 bar 2- 5 cylinders 25bar

Is it possible, do you have some similar experience??
